Saghan Technologies develops software products and provides software consulting services to customers worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and our products, including the Bridge Chrome Extension.

2. Information We Collect

Bridge – Chrome Extension Privacy

Bridge is a Chrome extension developed by Saghan Technologies that enables organizations to securely promote and synchronize content between Sitecore AI environments using the official Sitecore Content Transfer API and Item Transfer API.

Bridge operates entirely within your browser. We do not operate any backend service that receives, stores, analyzes, or processes your Sitecore content or authentication credentials.

Information Stored Locally

  • Environment configurations.
  • Client IDs.
  • Encrypted Client Secrets.
  • OAuth access tokens.
  • Synchronization history.
  • Audit history.
  • User preferences.
  • Onboarding and release note preferences.

How Bridge Uses Your Data

The information stored by Bridge is used exclusively to authenticate with your configured Sitecore AI environments, perform content synchronization, display synchronization history, diagnostics, audit information, and provide product functionality.

Data Transmission

Bridge communicates only with:

  • Your configured Sitecore AI environments.
  • Sitecore Cloud OAuth services for authentication.

Bridge does not transmit your authentication credentials, content, synchronization history, or configuration data to Saghan Technologies or any third-party service.

3. Legal Basis

We process information based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and your consent where applicable. Bridge itself processes information solely to provide the functionality explicitly requested by the user.

4. Data Security

Bridge communicates exclusively over HTTPS using the official Sitecore APIs.

Authentication credentials are encrypted before local storage and are decrypted only when authentication is required.

Bridge does not include advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, telemetry, tracking scripts, remote hosted code, or third-party monitoring services.

Configuration data remains on your device unless you explicitly export it using the built-in export functionality.

5. Data Sharing

Saghan Technologies does not sell, rent, or share your Bridge data with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or any other third party.

Any communication performed by Bridge occurs directly between your browser and the Sitecore services you configure.

6. Chrome Web Store Privacy Commitment

  • Bridge does not collect personally identifiable information.
  • Bridge does not collect browsing history.
  • Bridge does not monitor user activity or website usage.
  • Bridge does not access website content except the content you explicitly choose to synchronize between your own Sitecore AI environments.
  • Authentication credentials are used solely to authenticate with your configured Sitecore AI environments.
  • Bridge does not sell, share, or use user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Bridge does not use user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • No remote code is downloaded or executed by the extension.
  • The use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
