The Challenge

• The client was experiencing significant latency issues on their website.
• The content was inconsistent across client's platforms. The client needed to see how the site is used to evaluate their return-on-investment.
• The client seeked expertise in Sitecore implementation along with CICD and source control management.
• The client also needed guidance on modern infrastructure practices like Docker and Kubernetes.

The Solution

• We used Sitecore in Headless fashion to create a lightweight application for them using AngularJs. The new application is highly performant and gives them a seamless experience.
• Sitecore analytics providers detailed insights to client about their website usage. Client can now understand better which sections of site are highly helpful to end user etc., demography of visitors, journey users follow etc.
• The content is easily managed and authored via Sitecore Experience Editor and Content Editor. The content is easily managed in multilingual formats - both Arabic and English with proper version management
• The Sitecore application is hosted on-premise in Azure in a secured fashion so that the data related to Sitecore application is hosted with KSA region only.
• Single click deployment pipelines are built to deploy code to Sitecore live sites using Azure DevOps pipelines.

The Result

• New portal powered by Sitecore has already replaced the legacy portal.
• New Sitecore based portal has 0 performance issues.
• Content authors can hasslefree author and publish content in multiple languages seamlessly using enterprise grade CMS.
• Code release, bug fixes and deployments are highly automated.
• Multiple projects from Ministry have already started seeking guidance in Sitecore implementation
